HOW DO WE MAKE OUR CHEESE?

70% of milk for our cheese is collected at farms

Cows at farms are regularly checked by veterinary and sanitary services, so the quality of farm milk is very high. We place special fridges for farmers, thus ensuring cleanliness and freshness of milk, higher quality of proteins, and preservation of vitamins and nutrients.

We spare no expense when it comes to quality of our cheeses! Cultures of European quality give our cheese firm structure and rich flavour.

Cheese is aged up to 1,5 years!

Our cheese is aged in accordance with all traditions, under strict temperature, humidity, and brining control. You can hardly find any other company that allows cheese to age and gain a flavour for so long in our country. Our cheesemakers know that patience is a virtue!

International quality standards

You won’t get far without them. Most Ukrainian manufacturers have only one quality certificate. We have been certified compliant with two standards:

• ISO International Food Safety Management System Standard (2007) ;

• HAACP Food Safety Management System Standard (2007).

What makes cheese an incredibly healthy product?

10 times more vital proteins, milk fat, minerals (calcium, phosphorus), vitamins A, B1, B2, B12, C, D, E, PP, etc. contains ready-made cheese, rather than raw milk.

You can get 26 % of the necessary daily energy by eating only 200 g of cheese.

100 g of hard cheese contains four times as much calcium as 100 g of curd cheese, the well-known source of calcium.

On average, hard cheese contains 5 g of carbohydrates, the same quantity as in vegetables and greens, so it is a dietary product you can easily enjoy when losing weight.
